Thought purposeful and necessary for trainee. 2. Institution or proprietor is duly registered. 3. Syllabus is approved by regulatory authority. 4. Chosen trades will be those voluntarily made. 5. Trainers are appropriately qualified, with cognate experience. 6. Practical methods of work dominates learning. 7. Insurance is provided for those facing risks. 8. Duration that training lasts considered okay. 9. Affordability won't be a problem for trainee, sponsored or not. 10. Skill acquired will be usable on graduation. 11.
