| CASUISTRY (2) Definition: The act or system of dealing with cases of conscience. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and believed necessary for all those that are involved. 2. Who does or deals will have an open mind, be free spirited, colour-blind and/or not short-sighted. 3. Act or system will not be based or dependent on a prompting or coaxing, an order or cajoling, etc. 4. The circumstances within which an issue is handled will be right, leaving no room for reservations or misgivings thereafter, and not inclusive of compromise, one-upmanship, etc. 5. A confirmation, in practical terms - confession, retribution, apology, atonement, etc. - will be obtained afterwards to establish veracity of act or reliability of a system. 6. There will no more be a particular impediment, specific obstacle, special worry, etc. after the conclusion.
