ii. (old-fashioned or humorous) A short walk that people take because it is good for their health.

iii. A walk for the sake of one's health.

1. Purposeful and necessary for who embarks on walk.

2. Checks or tests would have been conducted, before the start, to ascertain the general physical fitness of whoever will be trekking.

3. The time or period will be suitable, weather-wise.

4. Route and direction will be considered as safe and secured, and won't result in an unplanned loss or cause a new health challenge.

5. Pace and/or speed will be OK - not a trot or jog.

6. Continues in a consistent manner all through the period devoted for exercise aimed at fitness, no matter the distance covered.

7. Distance will be appropriate to help achieve goal.

8. Frequency or intervals, i.e. the regularity, will be excellent (to emphasize). That is, no scheduled event will be unduly skipped.

9. No health supplement will be taken in aid of walk.

10. Exercise achieves goal(s) or serves purpose(s), as exactly hoped for, without 'healthy' person having to incur additional expenses.

11. Frame of mind will not nullify benefits of walk.
