| DISORIENTATION (1) Definition: (of a person or an animal) The state of being made unable to recognize where one is or where they should go. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the person/party causing 'confusion'. 2. 'Victim' is seemingly with the five senses (= faculties) complete (= intact, correct and working). 3. No physical contact is involved in forcing about the situation. 4. Person or animal does not or cannot ask questions. Or does not ask the right question or show the right 'body language' and therefore gets no help. 5. A loss of valuable time, resources, etc. arises in the situation, for the disoriented party. 6. Situation lasts for a manageable duration (connect to #8). 7. Never has the backing of the law. And cannot ever be officially authorized/approved. 8. No injury, wound, etc. results from the 'confusion' to who or what is disoriented (connect to #3 & #5). 9.
