| PITCHED BATTLE (1) Definition: A very fierce and violent fight involving a large number of people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary by the fighters, especially if and after all the avenues to avoid a fight are exhausted. 2. 'War' would have been prepared for, and fighters fully galvanized. 3. All the warring sides will suffer serious losses as a consequence. 6.
