Definition: (British English) A small vehicle on four wheels for a baby to go out in, pushed by a person on foot.

1. Purposeful and necessary (see definition).

2. Big enough for baby, no matter how large tot is.

3. Clean, neat and tidy. That is, not wet or damp or likely to be inconvenient for the baby.

4. Secured and safe. That is, baby car has a 'seat belt', functional braking system, etc.

5. (Reserved.) (Wheels are smooth! Won't give baby 'the shakes'!)

6. With a hood or 'canopy' or cover to protect baby from the elements - rain, sun, etc., - as necessary.

7. Serves purpose(s), if pushed at the right speed !
