PROHIBITION (1)

Definition: The act of stopping something being done or used, especially by law.

1. Purposeful and necessary.

2. Law is enacted timely to help achieve goal(s).

3. Adequate and sustained publicity is given to legislation.

4. Agents of the law (= enforces) are ready, able and willing to ensure strict compliance with 'stop order'.

5. Sanction or penalty for lawbreaking or disobedience must exists and will be clearly stated in the statutes.

6. The judiciary (= judge, jury, etc.) will not practice the principle of proportionality in interpreting the law. And judge will not misdirect a jury, if and when a decision has to be taken.

7. No situation will arise in which particular law will be suspended.

8. No possibility exists for the law to be broken or flouted. That is, no act or action can be done to continue usage or to use thing declared as illegal.
