Definition: A decision not to use, sell, publish, etc. something because its quality is not good enough.

1. Purposeful (see perfect PURPOSEFULNESS).

2. Necessity to reject thing (see perfect STANDARD (1)).

3. Quality or qualities needed is/are known, appreciated, understood, etc. when seen, heard, etc. (connect to #4) (see perfect RECOGNITION (1)).

4. Thing that is rejected or condemned has been tested, tasted, tried, etc. before it is decided as unsuitable (see perfect CONNOISSEUR).

5. Thing is not passed on, or recommended, to another to be used, published, purchased for resale, etc. (see perfect CHEAPNESS (3)).

6. No partial use, rent, etc. of thing rejected. That is, refusal is complete and whole (see perfect BEST-BEFORE DATE).

7. Desired quality is available and obtainable/affordable (connect to #3) (see perfect STANDARD OF LIVING).

8. Decision to refuse thing serves purpose(s), be this to redesign, a redecoration, acquisition of a better standard, etc. (see perfect PROGRESS (1)).
