| REPOSSESSION ORDER Definition: (British) If a bank or building society issues a repossession order, they officially tell someone that they are going to repossess their home. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, especially for the issuer. 2. Issuance will be in line with conditions guiding a facility. 3. Order will be detailed and complete - correct dates, address, etc. 4. (Reserved.) (There will be a readiness to carry out the 'threat'.) 5. No law or authority can intervene to render order inoperable. 6.
