Purposeful and necessary. 2. Thing is legal and approved/authorized to be used, if necessary. 3. Conditions of use is stated clearly: dosage, timings, mixture, etc. 4. Feeling achieved by thing will be to a level or stage desired. 5. Thing is ordinarily easy to use, apply, etc. That is, thing is not a source of fright or danger. 6. Improvement that will be achieved by use of thing is significant. 7. No negative after-effects will be had from use or usage. 8. Thing serves purpose(s), in good time (connect to #3, #4 & #6). 9.
