Purposeful and necessary. 2. What is to be done is specific and identifiable; known for certain and hopefully the project to be undertaken will be lawful. 3. Amount is fixed and known beforehand. That is, request or demand for payment will be for a specified sum. 4. Amount is paid in the right currency and with the proper means - banker's cheque, credit transfer, bank draft, cash, etc., etc. 5. Sum is paid fully, unless an arrangement for piecemeal or a spread out payments is in place and taken advantage of. 6. Amount of money is paid timely, to help achieve goal(s). 7.
