Purposeful and necessary. 2. A justification will be given for situation. 3. Situation does not arise from a fear or worry about the likely depletion of resources or funds. That is, finances of person concerned will be ordinarily inexhaustible. 4. No lack or shortage of needs or wants to spend money on. 5. The basics needed for a minimum and good or acceptable standard of living would have been secured. 6. No apology, regret, etc. will be made for or in situation. 7.
