| UNDERGRADUATE Definition: A university or college student who is studying for their first degree. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Knows purpose or reason for being in university or college. 2. Admission was earned or merited. That is, met eligibility rules before being placed on the matriculation list. 3. Course of study is the one of first choice. 4. Devotes best efforts to study and/or research. 5. Behaves properly all through the academic years. That is, develops and/or improves his or her character and personality while in the university or college environment. 6. Will not fail or flunk exams to the extent that there will be a requirement to repeat a class/session or be rusticated. That is, stay in university or college will achieve goal(s). 7. Obeys all the university or college rules. And does not falter in the payment of tuition, dues, etc. (to emphasize). 8. Will be planning what to do, on graduation, with the degree or qualification/certificate and/or experience that will be acquired. 9. (Reserved.) (University or college is accredited and/or legally established/recognized!) (To emphasize.) 10. Will not be under-educated or unemployable on completion of studies or on graduation.
