| UNIVERSALITY Definition: The state or quality of being universal. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. State or quality is not truly unknown in any way, even if it is considered as strange or odd. 2. Thing in state or with quality is present or will exists in all places at the same time and cannot be rejected or denied. 3. Understanding in respect of use, nature, meaning, etc. will be similar in all places or regions, and at all times or periods. That is, study or studies, experiment or trials of phenomenon, will ordinarily, if properly conducted, reveal the same results. 4. No abstention or 'minority opinion' will exists in respect of the way thing is dealt with and/or treated. That is, everyone and all the necessary things will be equally involved concerning issue. 5.
