| VAGRANCY (1) Definition: (law) The crime of living on the streets and begging (= asking for money) from people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary - survival ! 2. No damage is inflicted on private or public property while committing crime. And the environment or ecosystem is not damaged during the course of moving around and begging. 3. No aggression, physicality or threat is involved in methods adopted to get money from people. And no additional crime is committed, especially if living with other vagrants. 4. Vagrant truly has no shelter or source of livelihood. 5. Beggar will never admit awareness that act or action is a crime. Or where an admission of the awareness that it (act, action) is a crime, occurs, no request for pardon will be made. 6. No danger or loss will be faced or suffered, by passers-by, in the course of activities undertaken by vagrant. 7. Activity serves purpose(s), except if apprehended.
